Dunes Training and Consulting has all necessary permits and licenses according to the regulations of the Knowledge and Human Development Authority of the government (KHDA) of Dubai, UAE. We are licensed in the UAE for providing Professional & Management Development Trainings as well as Technical & Occupational Trainings. We also have professional international accreditations, memberships, and affiliations.

Certificate of Attendance is provided after successfully attending and participating in the training course and handed over or digitally sent to each participant at the end of the course.
If the training course includes an exam, a Certificate of Completion is provided upon successfully passing the exam, otherwise a Certificate of Attendance is provided.

Any circumstances beyond our control may necessitate postponement, change of course venue, substitution of assigned trainers, or cancellation of the training course. Fees, dates, trainers are subject to change. Our liability is limited to reimbursing you for any course cancellation by us or unavailability of seats. We reserve the right to confirm registration in accordance with registration requests and seat availability.

Most trainings courses last for 6 – 6.5 hours including short breaks and snack / lunch break. Usually starting at 9:00 am and finishes at 3:30 pm.

Most of our training courses are designed to include a high level of interaction in order to deliver a lasting impact. Therefore, the average number of participants in a training course is 10 – 15 people. Some courses that require less interaction might include a slightly greater number of participants.

Smart casual or business casual dress code is fine for attending the training course. In case a participant comes to training in clothing which may be considered inappropriate, he / she may be asked to change clothing and come back to the course.

As a curtesy to all training participants, please keep your phone in silent mode inside the classroom. In case you need to make or answer an urgent phone call, please quietly leave the classroom, and quietly return when you are ready.

The training courses may be conducted in person, face to face, and for most of them, snacks or lunch, hot drinks and refreshments will be provided during the training course.

We would provide all materials, tools, and stationary to the classroom, so you do not need to bring anything in particular with you unless specifically requested by Dunes Training Center or by our instructor / representative. You may, if preferred, bring your own notebook or pen/pencils to take notes.

It depends on the training course, some might need passing an exam while others only need attendance. However, we generally suggest taking into consideration the level of general knowledge that may be required to take grasp of the scope of certain specialized courses.

Participant must attend and participate in all course days and pass the exam (if any) to receive the Certificate of Attendance / Completion.

You may take a few photos of the screen and the instructor during the course. However, taking photos of the course participants is not permitted except by employees or representatives of Dunes Training and Consulting. Audio and video recording by participants during the course is not permitted. Dunes Training and Consulting may use Photos and recordings of the training course for marketing and educational purposes.

To maintain an impactful and lasting learning journey for you and all other participants, you may not accompany with you to the training classroom anyone other than those who are already registered in the training course.

Distribution of any third-party materials by persons not duly authorized by Dunes Training and Consulting is strictly prohibited. In case a participant attempts to distribute third-party marketing materials of any nature, they may be requested to leave the training.
