Dunes Training Center Dubai has all necessary licenses and certifications according to the regulations of the Knowledge and Human Development Authority of the government (KHDA) of Dubai, UAE.

We are licensed in the UAE for providing Professional & Management Development Trainings as well as Technical & Occupational Trainings. We also have professional international affiliation, memberships, and accreditations.

Course fees illustrated on our Website include instructions, training materials, snacks and refreshments served during the training course, and a certificate of completion. Course fees do not include accommodation / hotel, transportation to the training venue, or any other expenses incurred by you in order to attend the training course.

Once you complete a training course provided by Dunes Training Center, you obtain an original Certificate of Completion with a special seal of authenticity. Certificates of Completion are provided right at the completion of each course and handed over to each participant at the end of the course in the training classroom.

The fastest and easiest way to register in a training course is online through our website. Alternatively, you can call us directly (you can find the contact number on our website), or you can send us an email and we would reply to you ASAP.

Normally, you are required to register for a training course at least 2 weeks prior to the course starting date. Registration on shorter notice is possible depending on availability of seats, but not guaranteed.

Our training courses are in high demand, and the number of participants per training course is limited. Hence, if you want to make sure you have a seat in the training course, we highly recommend registering for the training course at least 6-8 weeks in advance.

The fastest and easiest way to pay for registering in a training course is online through our website, or you can send a Bank transfer to our bank account (you can call us, and we will provide you with our bank account information).

When you register and pay for one of our training courses, you will be provided with a course registration confirmation email, which serves as confirmation of payment. If you need an additional receipt for the payment, please contact us. If you cannot find your previous receipt(s), we can provide you with a duplicate upon request.

Cancellations are allowed with a full refund up to six (6) days prior to the starting date of the training course.

If you cancel the registration in a training course five (5) days prior to the training course starting date or less, you must nominate a replacement to attend the training course; Or you will be assigned a cancellation fee of 20% of the fees paid. No refund will be given in case of no show up or failure to attend the training course without cancellation.

The same conditions of training course cancellation apply to changing the dates of a training course.

Any circumstances beyond our control may necessitate postponement, change of course venue, substitution of assigned trainers, or cancellation of the training course. Fees, dates, trainers are subject to change. Our liability is limited to reimbursing you for any course cancellation by us or unavailability of seats. We reserve the right to confirm registration in accordance with registration requests and seat availability.

Most trainings courses last for 6 – 6.5 hours including short breaks and snack / lunch break. Usually starting at 9:00 am and finishes at 3:30 pm.

Most of our training courses are designed to include a high level of interaction in order to deliver a lasting impact. Therefore, the average number of participants in a training course is 10 – 15 people. Some courses that require less interaction might include a slightly greater number of participants.

Smart casual or business casual dress code is fine for attending the training course. In case a participant comes to training in clothing which may be considered inappropriate, he / she may be asked to change clothing and come back to the course.

As a curtesy to all training participants, please keep your phone in silent mode inside the classroom. In case you need to make or answer an urgent phone call, please quietly leave the classroom, and quietly return when you are ready.

The training courses may be conducted in person, face to face, and for most of them, snacks or lunch, hot drinks and refreshments will be provided during the training course.

We would provide all materials, tools, and stationary to the classroom, so you do not need to bring anything in particular with you unless specifically requested by Dunes Training Center or by our instructor / representative. You may, if preferred, bring your own notebook or pen/pencils to take notes.

There are no exams or test requirements for attending the training courses provided by Dunes Training Center. However, we generally suggest taking into consideration the level of general knowledge that may be required to take grasp of the scope of certain specialized courses.

You must attend all course days and fulfill all course requirements to receive the certificate of completion and/or the awarding of applicable Continuing Professional Education Units/Hours.

You may take a few photos of the screen and the instructor during the course. However, taking photos of the course participants is not permitted except by employees or representatives of Dunes Training Center. Audio and video recording by participants during the course is not permitted.

Dunes Training Center may use Photos and recordings of the training course for marketing and educational purposes.

To maintain an impactful and lasting learning journey for you and all other participants, you may not accompany with you to the training classroom anyone other than those who are already registered in the training course.

Distribution of any third-party materials by persons not duly authorized by Dunes Training Center is strictly prohibited. In case a participant attempts to distribute third-party marketing materials of any nature, they may be requested to leave the training.

We can recommend a few options for the accommodation for the time of your course in UAE. However, we should not be held accountable for any accommodation choice you make.
