Course Overview

This course is designed for professionals who will lead and sustain excellence and transformation initiatives inside their organizations.

This advanced course equips participants with the strategic, leadership, and implementation skills needed to apply and integrate recognized excellence models — such as the Government Excellence Model (GEM2), the King Abdulaziz Quality Award (KAQA), the Dubai Government Excellence Model (DGEM), the Qatar Government Excellence Model (QGEM), the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), and other national or international frameworks — to deliver sustainable transformation and superior performance.

Through immersive case studies, interactive workshops, and diagnostic tools, participants learn to align their organization’s strategies and performance with national and global transformation agendas. Module 2: Designing Excellence Implementation Roadmaps

  • Co-developing implementation blueprints withing the organization
  • Identifying enablers: leadership, strategy, people, processes, partnerships
  • Building institutional excellence governance structures
  • Aligning excellence initiatives with organizational strategies

Module 3: Institutional Excellence and Monitoring Performance

  • Setting and cascading performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with GEM2/EFQM and other models
